This glove offered adequate heat (but was not tested in extreme weather; pretty mild right now) but I found the auto off (after one hour) feature to be a hassle. By the time I realized they'd shut off, my fingers were already getting cold. My roommate loved them so she bought them off me. We both liked the overall distribution of heat provided and an adequate battery. Plus, one of the only heated gloves I found that comes in something other than black or gray.Beautiful color. Works great I’m a small to medium women and the tip fold in half. Runs big . Not made for women like it says. My 15 yr old grandson who’s a medium is also very big on. First time wearing I tighten the pull string to tighten and one pulled right out. Now I have to go throw the whole return wait for refund and rebuy and that will take two weeks without heated gloves that I need nowUPDATE!!!!While wearing gloves the left hand zapped and burnt me in my hand and then the whole upper part of the glove doesn’t work so it shorted out I guess while wearing it and burnt my hand I’ve emailed the company and still haven’t heard back it’s been a day so far. I will follow up when I hear from themAnother brand had small and extra small, but I liked the cute print, so I took a chance on the s/m for these. The fingers were too long, so I had to return. Too bad, they look as nice as they do in the pictures and seem to run true to size. The fabric does not look or feel like it would be suitable for hauling wood or mending fences!Just received my gloves this week. Havent used them yet, but they fit great and are well made. My package was missing the charger so I contacted Aroma Season and in 2 days I had me a charger! That is great customer service and deserving of a rave review!Love these gloves, warm, good fit, heat well, including the fingers. Good quality for a reasonable price.Very nice ski gloves.Feels comfortable, soft and warm. Also, you can tighten or loosen the wrist part which is useful.The gloves themselves are cool-looking gloves and seem like good quality. The issue I had though is that on high, they are supposed to last 4-5hrs and I've only used them about 3x, and at best, they last 2-2.5 hrs. I am going to exchange them and see if maybe its defective batteries but I'm a bit skeptical now. Will report back...One glove gets hot, one does not. Very expensiveI have already used this gloves twice, and they work great.I was looking for a warm pair of gloves for walking, skiing and after reading the reviews decided for these pair of gloves. They are more fun than the boring black ones and so far they have worked great.January has been extremely cold in Montreal, I used the warmer setting this past week and I was extremely happy they lasted 2 hours on while walking on the highest setting. I also tried them in the green setting the lowest, they took maybe 10 min to get warmer so far really good. I definitely recommend them. They are a bit big for me (small women) but I guess it is because they are for men, I have a gap at the end of my fingers but they do the job just fine.Its not very often that I leave reviews on items let alone sellers, but I can't recommend both enough. The product comes exactly as described, the packaging is clean, modern and of high quality. The gloves are of good quality and heat up in all the described areas. Everything feels great and well worth the price. The product is great but what truly makes experience is the amazing customer service. Quick response, amazing attitude, and soooo helpful. They will work hard to insure you are satisfied and they definitely care about their customers.
